HEINRICH HIMMLER was born in Munich, Germany on October 7, 1900. He became Hitler's assistant at age 26. In 1929 he became the commander of the Schutzstaffel. In 1933 he became the commander of the Gestapo. Three years later he became the chief of all of the German police. He gained even more power in 1943 when he became the minister of the interior. Himmler was expelled from the Nazi part when Hitler found out he had a secret plan with allies. Himmler later committed suicide by drinking poison.

W In 1935 he took command of the German air force. He held this position until the end of the war. Goering tried to take Hitler's power and Hitler was convinced this was treason and took away all Goering's titles. Hitler committed suicide before Goering was ever put on trial. Goering was still sentenced to death even though Hitler was gone.

He did not think anything was wrong with what he was doing and said that he was just following the orders that he was given. When Hess got out the Nazi party kicked him out of their group. He committed suicide on August 17, 1987 in a prison in Berlin, Germany.
